Associate Facilitator Training
We are pleased that many leaders, educators, and parents have come through our Facilitator Certification Training. There are those who have asked, "How do I do this?", "Does Teaching Our Youth need additional trainers?", "Where can I go from here?"
Teaching Our Youth is fortunate to have grown throughout the mid-west. As our business has grown, we have hired associates to assist or to do a complete workshop. These associates have completed the required Facilitator Certification Training program. The Associate Program is designed to give you a format and comfort in your presentation. It provides Teaching Our Youth with the confidence that our presenter is prepared in the way we have established.
Each Associate will complete one day of training through peer presentation and recorded evaluation. Participating materials and a Presentation Manual will be provided. A DVD will be sent to each participant with their respective before and after presentations. We will address "Presenting Skills with Style", and provide tips for story and activity placement, voice tone and inflection, and audience response questions. Remember, we want you to communicate effectively, be yourself, and have fun.
Each Associate that completes the one day training program will enter into an agreement with Teaching Our Youth as defined by the Facilitator Agreement, Expectations, Compensation, Codes, and Copyright Laws.
Where Will Training Be Held?
Teaching Our Youth will be hosting our Associate Facilitator Training 1-Day Program at Weber's Inn. A Continental Breakfast will be provided. We will also secure a block of rooms for attendees to reserve if overnight accommodations are needed. There is a discounted room rate of $81 for our training, just mention you are with Teaching Our Youth's training conference.
